Christopher currently serves as a Director on the St. Anthony Port Authority, Director with CBDC Nortip and operates a consulting company, Live Rural NL Consulting. Christopher is an avid traveller, blogger and lover of all things rural.

TARA Hillier
Vice-President
Tara comes from a family of entrepreneurs in St. Anthony, as her parents founded Budgell’s Construction Ltd., The Outdoor Shoppe and Western Petroleum. Tara is busy managing the day to day operations and volunteers extensively in the community from her time on Winterfest Committee, Northern Drifters Snowmobile Club and a Lifetime Kinette’s Member.

SHARON KEAN
Secretary
Sharon has grown up around business and have been involved in the Mary Brown’s Chicken and Taters Franchise in St. Anthony for decades. Sharon has been an advocate for people living with chronic pain and has been involved in the St. Anthony and Area Chronic Pain Group.

Patsy Sinyard Pittman
Treasurer
Has more than twenty years in the hospitality business, as a manager of the Great Viking Feast. Patsy has recently taken over the entire operation of Lightkeeper’s Cafe and Great Viking Feast in St. Anthony. She has worked to grow and diversify the new business by adding picnics, offering catering and hosting events.

DARRELL RANDELL, Director
Darrell is the Chief Administrative Officer/Town Manager for the Town of Roddickton-Bide Arm, where he oversees municipal operations, financial management, and community development. With a background in economic and regional development, he is committed to sustainable growth and regional collaboration. Darrell is also an active community volunteer, contributing to local recreation initiatives and serving as a Taekwondo instructor, promoting youth engagement and healthy living. He is proud to serve as a Director with the Great Northern Chamber of Commerce and is dedicated to strengthening rural communities through leadership and partnership.

LYNN WAY
Director
Lynn Way is the Executive Director of CBDC. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, volunteers on the Grenfell Historical Society. Lynn has spent her career working on advancing economic development in the region.

Terry HEdderson
Director
Is owner and operation of The Daily Catch Restaurant and Viking Nest B&B, Saltbox by the Sea and other vacation rentals. He partners with Iceberg Alley Boat Tours and has operated Hedderson’s Store and Fish Market. Terry is a former Town Councillor with St. Lunaire-Griquet.

Melanie Powell

Melanie Powell is the Manager of Coleman’s Grocery in St. Anthony.

JUSTIN BOYD
Director
Justin owns and operators with his wife JB Outfitters, Crazy Ray’s Boat Tours and Boyd’s Convenience. They are a key employer in Main Brook. Justin also serves on Town Council and with Main Brook Research and Development Corporation.

CAROLYN JANES
Director
Carolyn is serving her second term as Councillor with the Town of St. Anthony. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and is Senior Director of CCMH.

MAYOR STEPHANIE FILLIER, Director
Stephanie serves as the Mayor of the Town of Englee and is deeply committed to the wellbeing and growth of her community. She actively volunteers her time and energy to support local initiatives and bring people together. Stephanie also serves as President of the White Bay Central Development Association, where she works to support regional development and opportunities. She is known for her caring nature, strong passion for her work, and her genuine love for the community she proudly represents.

Terry owns TNT Marketing Concepts, offering a variety of marketing and promotional solutions for businesses. Terry is also the Business Development Officer at the College of the North Atlantic, St. Anthony campus offering numerous contract training courses to support business development and growth in the region.

Erika Pardy is the Executive Director for the Great Coastal Trail Authority. She brings strong business acumen shaped by executive leadership, entrepreneurship, economic development, tourism, and strategic marketing. She has a proven track record of driving growth, building partnerships, and turning vision into measurable results across both private and public sectors. Known for identifying opportunity, solving complex challenges, and creating momentum, Erika is a passionate advocate for strong businesses, thriving communities, and lasting economic impact.
